For its 2009 annual report, Good Samaritan Hospital selected a kind of "show and tell" approach: donors and patients are featured in compelling environmental portraits telling their personal stories of patient-focused, community-based care. Working with BMW&W, I developed the theme, Portraits of Caring, conducted interviews, and wrote the profiles. I wrote the president's letter and year-in-review material, as well.
