Amazon Conservation Team
Led by ethnobotanist and author Mark J. Plotkin, Ph.D., the Amazon Conservation Team practices 21st century environmentalism--inclusive, nimble, tech savvy. VC Graphics invited me to partner with them to create ACT's 2008 annual report. The goal: position ACT as environmental leaders and entrepreneurs, and highlight their successes combatting global warming by protecting indigenous lands and rainforest cultures.
"To date, ACT has successfully partnered with Amazon tribes and local governments to enhance the protection of 41 million acres of ancestral rainforest."
